What is your Exchange & Return Policy?

If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase -- for any reason -- return the product within 30 days from date of purchase and we'll issue you a refund for the purchase price, no questions asked. 

Consequently, we cannot accept, exchanges and returns of items, which are washed, damaged or worn or without their original tags, unless the damage is due to a flaw.

We regret that for hygienic reasons swimwear and jewelry will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

It si not possible to exchange one product for a different one; only the size and/or color of the same model may be exchanged.

To exchange one product for another one, you should return it for a refund and place a new order through our store.

All packages will include a RETURNS FORM and a EXCHANGE FORM, which must be completed and enclosed with any exchanged/returned items.

Items should be returned with their original tags, enclosing a duly completed returns/exchange form.

Please note that Emperor Food LLC. is not responsible for return shipping cost and is not also responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Once items are received, we will check its condition and will send the size or color requested (for exchanges) or will return payment on the card used (for refunds). Please note that high demand causes us to run out of certain products. If the product is not available for exchange, we will provide a refund for the product (s) returned.

Original shiping charges are only refunded in the case of error or flaw. Once the products have been received and the error or defect has been verified, we will credit you with the proportional part of the original delivery costs for the defective item.

Furthermore, in the case of error or flaw, we will also refund the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise to us. Please, in these cases, remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund.
